CASE STUDIES
7 Bed HMO
Location: Portsmouth
We purchased a property from a landlord struggling to sell his rental property that was in poor condition. We then did a full house remodel to create 7 bed all en-suite HMO for emergency accommodation housing provider. The whole property was stripped back to bare brick full structural reconfiguration as well as a single storey rear extension was also added to create additional living space. All new windows and doors throughout as well as a full fire detection system. The project was done to meet all building regulations and HMO licensing requirements. We then provided a long term lease to the social housing provider.
5 Bedroom House
Location: Southampton
Working with a local supported living provider looking to house vulnerable teenagers, we extended this 3 bed property to create a 5 bedroom homely environment. The downstairs has a lounge, modern kitchen and office space for staff. We were then able to offer a 10 year lease to the supported living provider, which gives them security to operate their care services.

We provide safe, high quality accommodation to Supported Living & Social Housing providers that are in in desperate need of homes to house vulnerable people.

We have leased a property from Provide Homes for a fixed term and over the past 12 months it's been great, a prefect place for us to assist young people in a safe environment.
